i bought richard (pictured here), my newest smoker, at a garage sale for $50. he's a little bit on the rusty side, but he's a mighty fine piece of equipment, and i love him for who he is on the inside. in fact, i can't wait to use him this weekend. fall's in the air, football's on tv, and i'm gonna smoke me a big ole brisket.life's pretty good in jackworld these days. i got a little break from my job after working night and day for about a month straight (it's good to see my wife again when she's actually awake). my jayhawks are ranked in the top 10 in basketball AND football. and i got 6 new cds in the mail today.
